New overtime rule: Evaluating your options for compliance

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) recently released a final rule that will increase the minimum salary required for employees to be exempt from overtime. This final rule takes effect on January 1, 2020 — less than 90 days from now. Evaluate your options and start preparing today.
