Washington State Poster
Washington's Safety and Health Protection on the Job has been revised to include new employer reporting requirements for all work-related hospitalizations, amputations and losses of an eye. Employers are now required to file a detailed report within eight hours of fatal workplace accidents. In addition, severe on-the-job injuries that do not result in death but require hospitalization must be reported within 24 hours and information on "Penalties and Appeals" was removed.
This is a material substantive change and a new Washington All–In-One poster is required. Please note that this update does not impact the Federal All-In-One poster.
