ADP® is pleased to announce the launch of iArchive, a new component within iReports. iReports is an existing browser-based tool designed to ensure you have fast and easy access to view, download, and print your payroll and quarterly tax reports via a secure Internet connection. Your reports are available by the next business day after processing. For additional security, the site requires the user to be authenticated before access is granted.
Traditionally Payroll reports are stored up to 14 weeks and Tax reports up to 5 quarters. iArchive is a new component to iReports that will eventually store your payroll and tax reports for up to 7 years! Payroll reports from January 2014 and Tax reports from January 2013 have been loaded to iArchive. As you continue to process, any Payroll reports older than 14 weeks or Tax reports older than 5 quarters will automatically be moved from the Reports tab in iReports to the Archives tab and will remain for you to access them for up to 7 years!
iReports and iArchive, along with all of their features is currently available to you at no additional cost. Any Administrator who already has access to iReports will automatically see the iArchive option when they log in.
