We regularly conduct surveys because it’s important that we hear your voice! Not only does it allow us to know how well we’re working with you, but it also helps us identify areas where we can improve our products and services for you.
Our new annual client survey will begin rolling out in May 2016. When it arrives, please take some time to provide your thoughts.

Your previous feedback, coupled with emerging technologies, has led to a number of enhancements to ADP TotalSource. Some examples of these enhancements are:
- A fresh, modern look: My ADP Resource new has a new design. Also, you can now customize your homepage layout to see more information without scrolling.
- Payroll Details Report: You can now review your employer tax liability, along with the payroll details by employee, under Payroll Reporting. You can also export the report to excel to make your analysis even easier!
- An improved process when rehiring a former employee: You can more easily edit employee information, and save your work mid-way through the hiring process. Incomplete rehires now appear in the HR Pending Changes section, in a new menu named ReHires, making it easier and faster to pick up where you left off.
- Compliance with Affordable Care Act (ACA) Requirements: The ACA section of My ADP Resource was enhanced for Applicable Large Employers to include the reporting needed to complete Form 1094-C with the IRS, and issue Form 1095-C to employees.
