FileX is a cloud based tool that enables the convenient exchange of documents between you and ADP. Similar to an online drop box, you will be able to easily share files in various formats (i.e. Word, PDF, Excel, JPEG). Simply upload your documents through FileX and they’ll be sent to the proper team for processing. Efficient, secure, and easy!
The following document types are available for upload using FileX:
- Amendment/Exception
- Bank Account Change
- Company Address Change
- Garnishment/Lien
- New Jurisdiction
- New/Modify Administrator
- Paid Time Off
- Retirement/Pension
- Special Setup
- Stop Payment/Direct Deposit Reversal
- Other
Look for the FileX icon in the header of the My Resource home page to the left of the “Change Password” icon. For more details, check out the attached Quick Reference Guide.
