Help Us Help You with Targeted Benefits Data

Next to payroll, benefits may be the largest people expense a business incurs. We have the tools to help you get insightful data to power your company’s benefits offerings and financial decisions around benefits.

Make sure you are taking the right steps toward a healthy benefits strategy. Please complete the Organizational Health Readiness survey and keep an eye out for the Employee Benefits Satisfaction survey.

The Organizational Health Readiness Survey

Like most decision makers, you likely want a benefits consultation experience that is tailored to your needs and powered by benchmarking data that can help you make the best decision for your company and your employees. This year, ADP TotalSource® introduced the Organizational Health Readiness survey to help you do just that.  If you haven’t yet, please be sure complete the survey by accessing it in an upcoming email from your ADP HR Business Partner (HRBP). You should receive the email with a direct link by January 12.

Completing this short survey will only take a few minutes, but will dramatically improve your Open Enrollment experience! Your answers will provide your HRBP with information about your business and talent priorities as well as your benefits strategy preferences, so they can begin preparing customized recommendations. Don’t Miss out!

The Worksite Employee Benefits Satisfaction

Your benefits offering will impact your company’s ability to attract and retain your top talent. Take advantage of a new opportunity to get feedback directly from your employees that will help you customize your benefits strategy this Open Enrollment. The majority of our clients who are aware of this opportunity have expressed interest in it.

This employee survey is an optional part of the 2016-2017 strategic partnership plan. We believe the survey will help you make benefit decisions that best fit your specific employees’ values and preferences. In addition, for some questions, we’ll be able to compare your employees’ responses to those of employees at Fortune 500® companies, allowing you to pinpoint what’s unique about your population. It’s a new level of insight, with little effort and no cost on your part.

Contact your HRBP today to be opted in, or, indicate your interest by completing the OHR survey and checking “Yes” for the last question. You will then receive an email on January 13 with information about how to distribute the survey to your employees and track the results.
