The Learning Solutions program is a collection of expert trainings to meet your learning needs. Virtual Instructor-Led Courses are offered on various topics on specific dates and times (schedule published 3 months in advance). You attend virtually (for free!), while an expert instructor presents to you live. Each course offers 1.5 hours of continuing education credit units (CEUs).
On-site Courses take place at your own worksite, giving you in-person access to your instructor (your HR Business Partner) and the opportunity for one-on-one guidance. Your HRBP is a skilled facilitator who can meet your needs for both management and non-management training. (And yes, on-site courses are also free!)
You also have access to the Self-paced Pay-per-use Course Library. For a nominal fee, you can purchase courses for individual employee and management development. You can choose from an extensive library of courses to choose from, and once purchased, each course is available for 365 days!
Finally, if you are a business owner or executive-level manager, you are invited to an exclusive learning opportunity called The Leadership Challenge Workshop. This free, full-day session is held in various locations across the United States throughout the year. Based on the bestselling book The Leadership Challenge, the Challenge focuses on defining effectiveness in a leadership role and strengthening the relationship between leaders and followers.
