To prepare you for the upcoming Open Enrollment season and to provide you with valuable data to inform your benefits strategy, we recently gave you the opportunity to participate in the Organizational Fitness Survey, during which you may have elected to have your employees take part in the Employee Benefits Satisfaction Survey.
If you chose to participate in the Employee Benefits Satisfaction Survey, please note that the survey closed on October 28, 2016. If your employees participated in the survey, you should have received an email from your HR Business Partner (HRBP) on November 1st or 2nd with instructions on how to access your results. The insights from this survey will provide you with powerful and invaluable information to help you and your ADP TotalSource HRBP determine the best approach for your 2017– 2018 benefits enrollment.
If you missed the opportunity to take the Organizational Fitness Survey in September, you will have another opportunity to take the survey in January 2017. At that time, you will be able to opt-in to the Employee Benefits Survey where you will have the chance to hear from your employees about their satisfaction with their benefits.
