Before we mail your employees all their information and forms, we are inviting them to choose email as their preferred method of communication instead.
On January 29, your employees will receive this email with their own personalized URL that enables them to opt in to “paperless” status. Employees for whom we do not have an email address will receive a postcard in the mail.
