FileX Service Now Available for Secure Document Submission

You now have a new, secure way to send documents to, and receive documents from, ADP!  

Instead of faxing or emailing, you can upload your documents through FileX and they’ll be routed to the appropriate ADP Associate for processing.  FileX is a cloud based tool that enables the convenient exchange of documents in Word, PDF, Excel and JPEG formats.  

The following document types are available for upload using FileX: 

• 9 Docs  
• W4/State Tax forms 

• BEP  

• EXA  

• Company Setup Form  

• Agency Notice  

• Garnishment/Lien  

• Verification of Employment (VOE)  

• Bankruptcies  

• SUI Employee Termination  

ADP TotalSource®  will continue to add more document types in the coming months.
