Starting this year several states have made substantial updates to their required workplace posters, reflecting changes in state employment laws. Most of those changes took effect on January 1, 2014, and updated versions of the posters now available. If your company operates workplaces in the Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island or Vermont, you will need to order replacement posters so that your workplaces stay in compliance.
ADP makes it easy to order replacement posters through our online Compliance Center, accessible via My TotalSource®. Ordering is a snap, and the fast turnaround means you’ll have your required posters in no time. imply log in to My TotalSource®and click on the “Poster Ordering” link under HR Quick Links to reach the Compliance Center. If it’s your first visit you’ll be prompted to enter your Pay Group number and other account information. Once in, click on your state, browse available posters, add your selected posters to your cart, select your shipping address, click “Done” – and your posters are on the way!
