How do I know when I need a new poster?
The good news is that you do NOT need new posters every year. You only need to order updated posters when there are substantive federal or state law changes. To maintain labor law notification compliance, please replace your old state/federal labor law poster(s) with any new ones that you receive. You’ll learn about these changes in plenty of time to take action from reading the Insights and Solutions newsletter and from your Human Resource Business Partner.
Remember – Any substantial state law changes will NOT impact your Federal Combined Poster. And all of our state and federal posters are available in both English and Spanish.
How do I order a new poster?
