How smart is your phone? When you need help and need it fast, does it make you wait and listen to all the menu options? Does it make you use your keypad to enter the extension? Imagine all of that being eliminated. Whether at your desk, at home, or in your car, getting connected just got easier and a whole lot smarter.

Coming soon, when you call ADP TotalSource, you will have access to an interactive voice recognition (IVR) system. What that means is you have the choice of saying the name of the representative, the department, or the extension you are trying to reach. The menu structure has been simplified to get you what you need even quicker. For example, you can say your selections immediately without having to listen to the entire menu. Saying “HRBP” connects you with the next available HRBP.
If your representative is busy with another client, the system is smart enough to route you to the next available representative to quickly assist you. Your back up has back up!
