West Virginia Minimum Wage Update
Poster Effective Date: January 1, 2015
Overview:
The West Virginia Minimum Wage minimum wage is changing, effective January 1, 2015 as follows:
After December 31, 2014, every employer shall pay to each of his or her employees’ wages at a rate not less than $8.00 per hour.
This is a material substantive change and a new, West Virginia All–In-One poster is required. Please note that this change will not impact the Federal Combined Poster.
