West Virginia state poster order(s) updates the Wage Payment and Collection Act.
Some definitions on "wage due" and Payment of Wages by Employers other than railroads has been changed. There has also been some information added regarding Cash orders; and employees separated from payroll before paydays.
Please note that this update does not impact the Federal All-In-One poster.
This is a material substantive change and a new West Virginia, All–In-One poster is required.
