The North Carolina Department of Labor has updated its OSH notice. The poster has been updated to include notice to employees of their right to raise health or safety concerns, file a complaint, report work-related injuries and illnesses, or assist an inspector free of discrimination or retaliation. A new copyright description and revision date have been added.
If a North Carolina or Colorado poster has not been ordered since August 31, 2016, please order a replacement poster.
