The survey will help establish universal benchmarks and individual organization insights, enabling your HR Business Partner to customize the Open Enrollment process so you can:
1. Determine the best course of action to keep your business and benefits costs on track without sacrificing the quality of your plan.
2. Improve the health of your employee retention and recruitment efforts by offering a benefits platform that is the best fit for your employees.
Please also note that as part of your participation in this survey, you will have the opportunity to learn more about and opt-in to the Employee Benefits Survey. This will help you gather valuable insights about your employees' satisfaction with their current benefits program. The insights gathered from your survey responses, together with the insights provided by your employees, will provide the foundation from which to build a comprehensive benefits strategy.
