Massachusetts state poster order(s) are now available for ordering due to a recent update that states employers will now be required to make parental leave available to both men and women, if they do not already, and provide job protection to workers during the birth or adoption of a child. This update became effective April 7, 2015.
This is a material substantive change and a new Massachusetts All–In-One poster is required. Please note that this change will not impact the Federal Combined Poster.
