HIRD filing requirements apply to all employers with 6 or more Massachusetts employees in any month during the past 12 months. The filing is done through MassTaxConnect which is available for MA HIRD filing between Nov. 15 and Dec. 15.
How will ADP TotalSource assist with this filing?
If you had 6+ employees in Massachusetts in the prior 12 months, you should have received a communication from your HRBP with data used to help you complete your MA HIRD Filing. Please reach out to your dedicated HR Business Partner with any questions.
Important Reminders/Tips:
· ADP TotalSource can not perform the HIRD filing. Clients will need to do their own filing.
· A MassTaxConnect login is needed to complete the HIRD filing. If you do not have a login, you will need to be create one.
· A separate login is needed for each FEIN.
