Your previous feedback, coupled with emerging technologies, has led to a number of enhancements to ADP TotalSource. Some examples of these enhancements are:
- A fresh, modern look: My TotalSource® new has a new design. Also, you can now customize your homepage layout to see more information without scrolling.
- An improved process when rehiring a former employee: You can more easily edit employee information, and save your work mid-way through the hiring process. Incomplete rehires now appear in the HR Pending Changes section, in a new menu named ReHires, making it easier and faster to pick up where you left off.
- Compliance with Affordable Care Act (ACA) requirements: TotalSource provides continuous ACA monitoring to help ensure you stay compliant with new ACA guidelines. This includes filing Form 1094-C with the IRS, and issuing Form 1095-C to employees of Applicable Large Employers.
