Georgia State Poster Update

The Georgia state poster has been updated to reflect the following changes in the Workers' Compensation Bill of Rights:

• The maximum rate for weekly catastrophic payments was raised to $575 for workers unable to return to work after a workplace injury.
• The maximum rate for weekly non-catastrophic payments is now capped at $383.
• For workplace fatalities, the maximum dependent weekly pay-out was raised to $575. A surviving spouse maximum pay-out amount was raised to $230,000.

This is a material substantive change, and a new Georgia all-in-one poster is required.
