Here’s What You’ll Receive in the Coming Weeks
• When you log onto My ADP Resource this month, you'll see a prompt to complete the Year End Questionnaire which is composed of 5 Yes/No year-end related questions. You can complete the questions right away or respond at a later time; please keep in mind that you can only postpone answering the questions for one payroll. Your responses will be sent to your Payroll Service Representative who will work with you in processing your year-end items.
• Year-end package mailed to your facility containing important dates and all necessary employee communication posters.
• Complete online year-end guide that includes quick reference checklists, IRS forms and 2016 statutory limits, accessible via the My ADP Resource Website
• Convenient 60-minute webinar training module in iLearn will start at the beginning of November.

• Register for one of eight My ADP Resource year-end 2015 training sessions via iLearn@ADP. We are offering several one hour sessions to meet your busy schedule. Please contact your HR Business Partner or training team via email at learningsupport@adp.com.
November 6: 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm EDT
November 9: 11:00 am – 12:00 pm EDT
November 16: 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm EDT

• Review client package and year-end guide as noted above.
• Review your preview W-2 Forms for accuracy
• Provide your Payroll Service Representative with any critical information to close-out 2015.
(Ex: manual and/or voided checks, check stub messaging requests, and special tax items)
• Schedule any 2015 bonus payrolls with your Payroll Service Representative.
• Display the employee poster provided in the mailed year-end package to remind your employees of critical year-end updates.
