Beginning February 12, 2016 all My Resource users with administrator credentials will see several exciting changes:
1. New look expanded
Functionality on all pages remains the same but the fresh, modern look you first saw in October 2015 has been extended to the site’s main pages: HR, MyCompany, Benefits, Payroll, FormSource and Global Setup
2. Customized Home Page View
You asked, we delivered. When the new home page was introduced in October 2015 some of you asked to see more information without scrolling. Beginning February 12, you can choose for yourself if you want your home page content to display in 3 or 4 columns across the page.
3. New payroll detail report with employer tax contributions by employee
This is a very popular report for ADP clients using our RUN payroll technology, and is now available in My Resource. The new report breaks down tax liability by employee for both employer and employee taxes and is available for PDF and CSV download. Beginning in March the report will also automatically calculate department totals. In the meantime, this can be done as a manual calculation from the CSV download.
Coming Soon: Payroll Summary Report with employer tax summary will be introduced in March!
4. New ACA dashboard shows month-to-month trends, payroll reports
Review large employer status, month-to-month trends and download your ACA payroll reports from a new, modern dashboard that conveniently shows your ACA-related information in one place. The ACA reports for your 1094-C and 1095-C filings are available through a link from this new dashboard.
5. Improved Rehire Process
Big improvements were made to the employee rehire process. You can now more easily edit employee information, and even save your work mid-way through the process. Saved and incomplete rehires will appear in a new “Rehire” section on the HR Pending Changes page, making it easier and faster to pick up where you left off. You no longer have to go through the full new hire process steps or worry about rehires getting stuck on the new hire page. More details about the new rehire process, including training, will be available after February 12 from the rehire employee screen.
