You may have noticed a change in how we refer to our Employee Service Center. We have come to realize that a call center sounds largely impersonal for a place where employees want genuine answers to their questions. We removed the singular call center destination and we are now referring to our center and representatives as MyLife Advisors. You will see this reflected in our marketing materials and in your interactions with the service center.
To align with this change we have also changed the name of the employee newsletter from ADP Connect to My LifeSM for ADP Resource® . Our sincere hope is that the newsletter content will continue to both inform and enrich the lives of you and your employees both inside and outside of the workplace.
