Starting March 13, you’ll see some new enhancements to the New Hire and Payroll Submission processes. Our goals are to streamline both processes, make the experience better for new hires, and help your compliance efforts.
Payroll Resubmit Timeline
IS: Payroll Resubmit timeframe is shortened to 1 minute
DOES: Streamlines your payroll processing and saves you more time
MEANS: Once you correct the payroll error, you can resubmit your payroll for processing
You wanted us to streamline the payroll process…and we heard you! Now, when necessary, you can resubmit your payroll within one minute instead of encountering longer delays. Simply fix whatever errors triggered the payroll denial and resubmit immediately. Save time and get your payroll done with minimum fuss and maximum efficiency.
Paperless New Hire Enhancement
IS: Company Level Document Acknowledgements can be included in the new hire process
DOES: Streamlines the new hire process with 1 place to go for all of your new hire paperwork and consents
MEANS: Your new hire has a better experience, you increase compliance and your administration is simplified.
The paperless New Hire process now incorporates company-level consents and acknowledgments for specified paygroups. Once the content is set up, new employees in a particular paygroup will see consents and acknowledgments during the final review steps of the new hire process and be prompted to respond to them. We can also set up state code filters so that only new hires in certain states are shown state-specific consents.
