Great News!
ADP TotalSource is working towards improving the Voluntary Benefits Program by converting to a new provider, MetLife, for our new 2019-2020 benefit plan year. Our goal is to ensure we deliver value to your employees by offering best-in-class products and features.
We are excited to provide new features that will become available with the transformation of this program, which will include:
- Lower rates on selected products.
- Enhanced user experience to provide one-stop enrollment in voluntary benefits.
- A leading global and trusted partner that offers a wide range of employee benefits solutions such as life, disability, accident, legal services and much more.
To ensure that we continue to focus on revamping this program and deliver a best-in-class offering, our current Voluntary Benefits Program managed by Mercer will not be available to any new hire employees, rehires or status change employees, both part-time and full-time, with an effective date of 8/1/2018 or greater.
A new and improved Voluntary Benefits suite will be available for your new hires in the next 2019 Open Enrollment with a benefit effective date of 6/1/2019. At this time, this change will not impact your current employees already enrolled in Mercer Voluntary Benefits. More information about this transition will be communicated in the fall of 2019.
