The Details

Oregon has enacted legislation (House Bill 4111) that prohibits an employer from discharging, or discriminating, retaliating or otherwise taking adverse action against an employee who updates or attempts to update their personal information based on a lawful change in the employee’s federal employment authorization documentation. House Bill 4111 is effective immediately.
