The California state poster has been updated due to a change in minimum wage, as well as major updates to the CA Workers' Compensation Notice.
New information was added to the Workers’ Compensation notice concerning medical care, permanent disability and supplemental job displacement.
Effective January 1, 2016 California Minimum Wage was updated to $10.00 beginning January 1, 2016 this is on the existing CA Minimum Wage poster from 2014.
This is a material substantive change and a new California, All–In-One poster is required. Please note that this update does not impact the Federal All-In-One poster.
