Unemployment is going down and hiring is on the rise. In fact, according to the ADP National Employment Report, the U.S. economy added more than 230,000 jobs in October alone. That's great news if you're looking for a new job, but it's no so good if you're competing for talent. 

Hawaii's minimum wage will increase to $7.75, effective January 1, 2015. 

Missouri's minimum wage becomes $7.65 per hour, effective January 1, 2015. 

Ohio's minimum wage becomes $8.10 per hour, effective January 1, 2015.
