The Oregon State Poster has been updated due to changes in the Family Leave Act notice.
The Oregon Family Leave Act notice has been updated to extend the list of persons for whom one can take leave, include two additional exceptions to the eligibility list, and add health insurance to benefits.
This is a material substantive change and a new Oregon, All–In-One Poster is required. Please note that this update does not impact the Federal All-In-One poster.
To order a poster:
- Select the HR tab on My ADP TotalSource.
- Click Poster Ordering under HR Quick Links.
