Employers operating in Oregon are reminded that Oregon’s predictive scheduling law, the Fair Work
Week Act, took effect for covered employers on July 1, 2018. The law establishes certain requirements related to the scheduling of covered employees in certain industries. Some key features of the law are discussed below.
