New Hampshire added a new posting requirement for Protective Legislation/ Equal Pay update. Effective January 1, 2015 Senate Bill 207-FN modifies provisions of law regarding pay equity between the sexes. This law also prohibits an employer from discharging, disciplining, or discriminating against an employee who discloses the amount of his or her wages.
This is a material substantive change and a new New Hampshire All–In-One poster is required. Please note that this change will not impact the Federal Combined Poster.
