ADP’s Knowledge Technology team has been hard at work to make sure no matter how you access ADP TotalSource®, you have access to the important Knowledge Articles (KAs).
Beginning in May, ADP TotalSource® Practitioners and Employees using the ADP TotalSource platform will be able to ask a question directly into the Global Search Bar and receive access to a multitude of Q&A KAs directly within the tool they’re using.
In addition, Practitioners and your employees can help shape the KAs by leaving feedback on the articles you read.
