In late May, ADP TotalSource® is rolling out One-Time Passcodes (OTPs), as an added layer of protection for you and your employees.
When you and your employees call us, a unique OTP will be sent to the mobile phone number or email address that has been activated and consented for us to use. An OTP must be entered to complete verification – or we may not be able to help you.
Ensure you have a phone number or email address on file
For OTP to work smoothly, it’s vital you have a mobile phone number and/or email address saved in our system. This will ensure easy authentication and the best service experience.

To confirm you can receive OTPs, check that an accurate mobile phone number and/or email address (that is unique to you) is in the ADP® Mobile app.
