Hear that clock ticking? Now is the time to get ready for the new Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting requirements. Under the ACA, Applicable Large Employers (ALE) are required to file information returns with the Internal Revenue Service and provide statements to full-time employees. Reporting requirements go into effect in early 2016 for calendar year 2015.
