ADP TotalSource® would like to remind you that The Federal Reserve and ADP offices will be closed on Monday, June 20, 2022, in observance of Juneteenth National Independence Day.

To prevent a delay in the posting of the direct deposit transactions to your employee’s accounts, we ask that you take a moment to review your payroll processing schedule.

Pay close attention to your current processing and pay dates to determine if a change is necessary to account for the bank holiday. If your schedule requires modifications, please contact your Payroll Advisor to make changes as soon as possible.

As a rule, if your regularly scheduled pay date falls on the holiday, your pay date is moved to the previous business day,

unless requested otherwise.

Use this chart as a guide to determine if a payroll schedule change is necessary.

You should approve your payroll by NOON on:

If your pay date is:

Tuesday, June 14

Friday, June 17

Wednesday, June 15

Tuesday, June 21

Thursday, June 16

Wednesday, June 22

If you have any questions regarding this information, please contact your ADP TotalSource Payroll Advisor .
