On September 5, 2017, U.S. Attorney General, Jeff Sessions, announced the administration’s plans to cancel Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program – a program that has allowed hundreds of thousands of young adults to apply for work authorization and protection from deportation.

Starting Monday, October 9, 2017, you may begin to see a reminder in My TotalSource if you are required to take action for Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO-1) or Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance reporting for the 2017 calendar year.

This alert will prompt you to take action in order to avoid potential IRS penalties.
