Final preview W-2 forms will be processed and available in iReports as early as Monday, January, 8, 2018. If you need any changes made, please read the article  for more information.

The U.S. Department of Transportation announced that, among other revisions to its drug and alcohol testing regulations; it will expand its drug testing panel.  

Employers have received scam emails requesting Form I-9 information that appear to come from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).  Do not respond to these emails or click the links in them.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) will continue accepting 2016 OSHA Form 300A data until midnight on December 31, 2017. OSHA will not take enforcement action against employers who submit their reports after the December 15, 2017 deadline, but before the December 31, 2017 final entry date.
