ADP Resource would like to remind you that Christmas Day (observed), Monday December 26, 2016  as well as New Year’s Day (observed), Monday January 2, 2017 are bank holidays.  Both the Federal Reserve and ADP offices will be closed. 

As we reported last week, a district court in Texas issued a nationwide preliminary injunction blocking the US Department of Labor’s (DOL) final rule which sought to raise the required salary level to qualify for the white collar exemptions. With this ruling, the regulations will not go into effect on December 1, 2016.

On Monday, November 14, 2016, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) published a new version of the Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification.
