Health Care Reform Update-Final Forms Released

The IRS has published the final Forms 1094-B and 1095-B, Forms 1094-C and 1095-C. Forms 1094-C and 1095-C will be used by applicable large employers (ALEs) to report to the IRS whether they offer their full-time employees and qualified dependents the opportunity to enroll in minimal essential coverage (MEC) under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). 

OFCCP Issues Final Pay Transparency Rules

In 2014, President Obama issued Executive Order 13665, pertaining to government contractors with the intent of promoting pay transparency and making it possible for workers and job applicants to share information about their pay and compensation, without fear of discrimination. On September 10, 2015, the Department of Labor issued a Final Rule implementing that order.
