Getting back to business: New Return to Workplace Playbook available

Applicable Large Employers (ALEs), employers with an average of at least 50 full-time employees (including full-time equivalents) in the prior calendar year (2019) need to file Forms 1094-C and 1095-C with the IRS.  If you are an ALE, we recommend you review your forms immediately and acknowledge that you would like ADP TotalSource to file the forms on your behalf.

As we experience the season for hurricanes and wildfires, concerns about losing power and the impact it‘ll have on your business are to be expected, especially if a large portion of your employees are working from home. Columbus Day holiday payroll schedule

ADP TotalSource® would like to remind you that most banks will be closed on Monday, October 12, 2020, in observance of Columbus Day.

In an effort to prevent a delay in the posting of the direct deposit transactions to your employee’s accounts, we ask that you take a moment to review your payroll processing schedule. Pay close attention to your current processing and pay dates to determine if a change is necessary to account for the bank holiday. If your schedule requires modifications, please contact your Payroll Advisor to make changes as soon as possible.
